The short version
- You must be 18 or over.
- MarketRaid.ai records and shows your own trading. It is not financial advice and it does not place trades.
- Trading carries risk. You can lose more than you invest, and every trading decision is yours.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and able to agree to these terms. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
What the app does
The app lets you log your trades, plans and moods, shows pop-up questions worded from your own plan, works out position sizes from the settings you choose, and produces reports and an AI analysis of your own history.
The pop-ups ask questions and state facts from your own trades. They are not instructions or recommendations. Any estimate the app shows (for example, what a trade might have made if you'd kept your plan) is an estimate from the prices you typed, not a guarantee of anything.
Not financial advice
Nothing in the app, the AI analysis, the website or our content is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not a broker or a financial adviser. Past results, including any results we publish, don't predict future results. You decide what to trade, when and how much, and you carry the results.
The AI analysis
The AI analysis is written by an AI model from the trades you've logged. It can make mistakes. Check anything that matters to you against your own records. By creating an account you agree that a summary of your logged trades, moods and answers is sent to our AI provider when you press AI analysis (see the privacy policy).
Free testing period
The app is free while we test it. Features may change, and there may be bugs. We'll give notice before any paid plan starts; nothing is charged without your agreement.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or copy it, access other people's data, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data and ours
Your trades and what you write are yours. You can download or delete them at any time. The app, its design and its content belong to MarketRaid.ai.
Liability
We provide the app as it is, and we work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@marketraid.ai.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
