Who we are

MarketRaid.ai ("we", "us") is based in Ireland. We decide how your data is used, which makes us the data controller under the GDPR. Contact: info@marketraid.ai.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored encrypted by our database provider; we never see them.
• What you log in the app: your trades, trading plans, prices you type, moods you tap, answers you give on cards, and anything you write in your own words.
• Your account settings: starting balance, sizing choice and similar settings.
• The waitlist: your email address, if you join it.
• Your consent: the date you agreed to these terms, confirmed you are 18 or over, and agreed to the AI analysis.

We do not collect payment details, broker logins or trading account numbers. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To run the app for you (your account, saving your trades, showing your reports). Legal basis: our contract with you.
• AI analysis: when you press AI analysis, a summary of your logged trades, moods and answers is sent to our AI provider to write your report. Legal basis: your consent, which you give when you create your account.
• The waitlist: to email you when the app launches and when monthly results go up. Legal basis: your consent.

We never sell your data, and we never share your trades with anyone else. Reports you download are yours to share or not.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: our database and logins. Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland).
• Anthropic: the AI that writes your analysis. It receives the trade summary only when you press AI analysis. Anthropic is based in the US; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and trades until you delete them or ask us to. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email info@marketraid.ai and we'll reply within 30 days. The app's Download button also gives you all your data as a spreadsheet at any time.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

In your browser

The app keeps your login and a copy of your trades in your browser's local storage so it works quickly. Nothing is used for tracking. "Continue without an account" keeps your trades in your browser only, and nothing is sent to us.

Age

MarketRaid.ai is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell account holders about important changes by email.
